The incident took place around 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 15, when Hilary Nolasco-Delobre, 18, of Bridgeport, complained about her food and then assaulted an employee of Sarku Japan Restaurant, located in the Westfield Trumbull Mall, according to Trumbull Police Capt. Keith Golding.

According to witnesses, Nolasco-Delobre, who was part of a group of five, approached the employee and complained about the size of the portion that she had received, Golding said.

An argument ensued resulting in Nolasco-Delobre jumping over the service counter and attacking the employee.

As this was occurring, Davon Myles 26, of Bridgeport, and other members of the group began throwing food and napkin containers around causing approximately $1,100 in damage and lost revenue, Golding added.

The victim received minor injuries.

Both Nolasco-Delobre and Myles were charged with breach of peace and released on a promise to appear notices.
